It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the health spa city of Sopot – my city – the proud Pearl of the Baltic Sea.
This is a unique place where nature, beautiful architecture and friendly people create an exceptional and unforgettable atmosphere.
I am delighted that in Sopot we will be part of a multi-cultural event that, thanks to your performances, will bring about better access to and knowledge of your various cultures and traditions.
I add my hope that during these days here you will make friendships that will initiate co-operation in further cultural exchanges.
These days spent in Sopot will prove that artistic activities not only foster new friendships and widen horizons, but also give enormous personal satisfaction to everyone who participants.
I wish all of you much success and a most pleasant stay. Sopot’s city officials and I hope that you will come back here soon to relax, breathe the fresh ocean air, and maybe sing one more time… with the entire world.
